Ihrer Karriere im Bereich Marketing und Kommunikation bei Motorola International Inc. und grossen internationalen Dienstleistungsunternehmen folgte eine langjährige Tätigkeit in der internationalen Personalberatung.
Bis zur Gründung von Digging for Gold arbeitete sie in New York und Frankfurt für G100, einen Wirtschaftsclub für Vorstandsvorsitzende und Aufsichtsräte internationaler börsennotierter Unternehmen in USA und Europa.

Pamela has many years’ experience in senior international executive recruitment and led the research department at a leading international executive search company, specializing in global, cross-border searches across a number of industries.
Prior to founding Digging for Gold, Pamela worked for several years at G100 in New York and Frankfurt, an elite membership business club offering discussion forums, networking opportunities and intellectual capital resources to Chairmen and CEOs of major listed U.S. and European companies.
A native of Great Britain, she studied languages in France and England before starting her career in Germany. Her industry experience was gained in marketing and PR functions at Motorola Inc and Best Western International Inc.
